She is currently third in the league in scoring average and eighth in rebounds per game.

A captain, Lynch led the team in scoring in 14 games, including nine of the last 10 games. She had the team-high in rebounding in eight games and four times had the most steals, including six in a win at William Smith College (45-42) in early February. She has had four double-doubles of points and rebounds, including 21 points and 10 rebounds in a win over the University of Southern Maine (12/30) and 20 points and 13 boards in a 73-59 win over Rochester Institute of Technology (1/3).

A member of several All-Tournament Teams throughout her career, Lynch started all 25 games as a junior, averaging 13.7 points and 6.9 rebounds. She has won a Differential Equations Math Award and held internships with Siemens Healthcare Research & Development Point of Care as well as in the Orange County Health Department and the Orange Regional Medical Center Biomedical Engineering Department. A chemistry tutor, Lynch is also active as a volunteer, joining her teammates in numerous opportunities.

Rensselaer's only other Capital One Academic All-America® in basketball was Tom Juknis '74, who was selected following his junior and senior seasons.
